What does your business do?

We're something to do, somewhere to go and someone to talk to for young people aged 8-19 or up to 25 with a disability. Since opening in January, The Way has smashed its yearly membership targets already with over 3,500 young people using the facility from all over Wolverhampton. The Way Youth Zone has a boxing gym, 3G artificial football pitch, indoor climbing wall, state of the art multi-media room, 4 court sports hall and more. Every single night there are over 20 activities for young people to take part in and it only costs 50p per visit with a £5 annual membership. We've even got programmes to help young people get a job - so just pop in to find out more.

What is special about your business - what makes it a great place to work?

We're new, we're vibrant and we live in a state of the art £6 million purpose build facility. The Way Youth Zone is built for young people around here and we're really passionate about what we do.
